    Discover (Weeks 1–2)

    Map your chart of accounts, dimensions, entities, currencies, reporting needs, integration points, audit posture. Lock the success criteria for go-live.

    Configure (Weeks 3–6)

    Multi-entity structure, SARS VAT rates, IFRS-aligned reporting, dimensional model, approval workflows, AP automation. Built in your environment.

    Migrate (Weeks 5–8)

    Historic trial balances, open AR/AP, fixed assets, transactional history from Pastel, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Xero. Reconciled and signed off before cut-over.

    Validate (Weeks 9–11)

    Parallel run, UAT, audit-trail review with finance team and external auditors. No surprises at month-end one.

    Go-Live + Hypercare (Week 12 + 90 days)

    Single-entity organisations typically go live in 8–10 weeks. Multi-entity, multi-currency groups with integrations and migrations run 12–16 weeks. Larger groups (10+ entities, complex revenue recognition) sit at 16–20 weeks. The Discover phase locks the timeline in week 2.

    Implementation services run R350,000 to R1.2 million depending on scope. Sage Intacct licensing is separate and is billed annually by Sage at R250,000–R800,000 per year for typical mid-market deployments. A fixed-price quote is delivered in the first week of Discover.

    Yes. Trial balance, master files, open AR/AP, fixed assets, and selected transactional history are all in scope. We migrate, reconcile, and sign off before cut-over.

    No. We work across SADC — South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique. Most engagements are delivered hybrid (on-site for key workshops, remote for ongoing work).

    90 days of hypercare is included. After that, our Managed Support packages cover named-consultant access, close-cycle SLAs, quarterly health checks, and audit support — typically R10k–R40k per month.
